Kvass Drink Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

3 tbs. Honey
12 Slices Pumpernickel Bread
1 oz. Malt

Instruction

Tear the bread into tiny piecese and put it in a large crock pot. Add 5 cups of boiling water and the malt; seal and allow to stand at room temperature for a day or until fermented. Sweeten with the honey; bottle and store in your refrigerator.
