Barley Cider Drink Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

5 Lbs. Sugar
12 Gal. Apple Cider
2 Lbs. Raisins
2 Quarts Barley
2 oz. Olive Oil

Instruction

Combine in a large wooden cask; stir well. Seal and allow to ferment. When ready, strain off into another cask to age.
